I plan on issuing pool key FOBs on Sunday June 5th from 10AM – Noon at the back park clubhouse located at:

17902 Hawk Haven
Spring, TX 77379

Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. If you are not sure if you have a balance please send me your street address and I can look it up or contact the management company.

Please bring a Photo ID that shows your current address.

If you were previously issued a pool key FOB you can still use it again this year.

Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the cost is $25. Limit 2 per household.

If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25. Lost key FOBs are removed from the system.

I regret that I will have to cancel issuing pool keys tomorrow (Sunday). We had a computer failure that caused a corrupted key database. I have recovered the database but I will not have the replacement computer in place until sometime tomorrow. Keep an eye on the Facebook group or here at oakwoodglen.net for updates.

Renters will need to supply a copy of their lease for our records. If a key FOB has already been issued to the owner you will need to get it from them.
