Pool Key FOB distribution and waiver collection is scheduled for July 17th and July 18th.
All key fobs are currently disabled for residents who have not turned in a COVID-19 waiver
form. Homeowners will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver to access the front park, pool
and tennis courts. When we receive the signed waiver your key fob will be reactivated.

We plan on issuing pool key fobs and collecting waiver forms on Saturday July 17th and Sunday July 18th from
11:00 AM – Noon at the Front Park Parking Lot, weather permitting.

Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. If you are not sure if

Please bring a Photo ID that shows your current address. If you are a renter please bring a copy

If you were previously issued a pool key FOB you can still use it again this year.
Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the
cost is $25. Limit 2 per household.

If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25 (check or money
