All,
I plan on issuing pool key FOBs on Saturday July 9th and Sunday July 10th from 10AM – Noon at the Front Park Parking Lot, weather permitting.
Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. If you are not sure if you have a balance please send me your street address and I can look it up or contact the management company.
Please bring a Photo ID that shows your current address. If you are a renter please bring a copy of your lease.
If you were previously issued a pool key FOB you can still use it again this year.
Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the cost is $25. Limit 2 per household.
If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25. Lost key FOBs are removed from the system.

Fourth of July
Happy Fourth of July!!!!
Please come and join your neighbors at the Fourth of July Parade.
Assemble at front park near the pool around 9:00 AM on July 4th. The Parade will begin after 9:30. Ride bikes, pull wagons, strollers,etc. Fancy cars and motorcycles are also welcome. And of course you can walk. Be sure and have the kids decorate their bikes because prizes will be awarded. The fire truck will be there to lead us to the back park. If you can’t be in the big parade you can cheer us along the parade route. Then come join us at the back park. Once at the back park we will have a water slide, hamburgers, hot dogs and refreshments . Plus a few surprises.
The Fourth of July is also the official opening of the Little Free Library which will be located at the back park.
